From barbequeweb.com by way of my favorite food blog www.foodwishes.com. Crazy affected southern accent guy with rusty knife shows you how to make a hickory smoked bologna, which may either be the worst thing, or the best thing ever. I haven't decided. I'm leaning towards best.
