Baltimore Cop Beats Up Student

A Baltimore City Public School police officer was recorded on camera violently slapping a student. The officer has been reassigned, but not suspended.
“The head of the Baltimore City Schools Police is on administrative leave and two police officers have been reassigned after video emerged online of a school cop repeatedly slapping, kicking, and swearing at a young man, CBS News reported.
The video, filmed at Reach Partnership High, shows the officer slap the student 3 times and yell “get the fuck outta here” before kicking him.
Baltimore city schools did not identify the officers involved but said the officer shown striking the student would not be at the school Wednesday and has been reassigned pending an investigation. Baltimore City Schools Police Chief Marshall Goodwin was put on administrative leave.”
It's been reported that the officer was investigating possible non students 'trespassing' on the school grounds, but it's also been reported that the student he beat up was actually a student at the school and so clearly not the alleged trespasser.

To be clear, the outcome was the two officers involved were moved (to another school?) and their superior was given some extra paid vacation time. No charge is pending for this clearly inexcusable, brutal assault and battery on a minor by a 300 lb. adult 'authority'.
