No, we're just saying that the likelihood of being murdered by an armoured bulldozer driven by a gun-toting nutcase is pretty low anywhere else in the civilised world. You don't have to look at random comments from strangers to know that; you just have to compare homicide rates (and no, suicide bombing in the Middle East is not a fair comparison).

Having armour-plated the radiator was essential to his plan, but hurt in the long run when he appeared to overheat. A simpler plan would have been to have some brave bastard get close to the underside and start banging away at the oilpan, hydralic lines, etc. A shame the guy inside decided to ruin a perfectly good 'dozer this way. Glad that no one was hurt.
