We sometimes complain 'women are too ___' (or 'men are too ___') but their temperaments fall along a bell curve, so you can always find women on the tail of whatever trait you're looking for.

In this case, that would be short height + not caring about their partner's height.

There are 3 billion women on the planet . There's not a shortage, and you could always go abroad, where you have increased value.
