Joel Huston Dodge. Male. Single. Has a son. Healthy. Perfect sight, hearing and speech. Extremely skilled cabinet maker. Has a collection of books, antiques and wooden barns which has to be seen to be believed. Age 92.

What is so remarkable about that? This short documentary might have an answer.

He seems pretty lucky, himself. I'm betting his parents and grandparents worked their whole lives to leave him that house and land..

No doubt. He's aged incredibly well. If I saw him on the street I'd guess 70ish at most? That's 20 years young to him. His hands do give it away tho.
