I didn't think at the time we filmed this that our flight suits would be such a fashion statement. Mine was very worn but helped because it rained so much during filming that our wings were saturated with water, and we got plenty wet.

We all worked hard for more than a month flying and filming everyday. Then late nights doing film to video transfer and editing to bring my short little "AL Mulford's Ultralight Escape" to life. We filmed this back in the early 80's
