Adam Ruins Everything - Expiration Dates Are BS

Adam expalins why dates on foods mean different things and that most foods are perfectly safe well after expiration or sell by dates.

So much truth in this. My daughter in the past would squak about needing milk because what we had was 'expired'.... I refused to buy more since it was not spoiled and tasted like same day it was bought even a month past expiry.
