The power that be, knew what their plans were.

By 1968 most of the ideas that would form ARPANet and later the Internet were already in motion. But most of what is being described is what we see in the WWW, and that didn't really come to life until the early 90s. I'm torn whether to consider this downright prophetic or just very insightful.

Seeing predicting-the-future type things from the past is always very entertaining, though. Maybe more so when they're completely wrong.
