A tanker captain threads the needle...

This is a time lapse of a tanker captain moving his ship into a narrow berth. Nice use of the tug and the stern spring line---(A spring line is a temporary line placed onto a dock bollard/cleat or another ship to allow you to use the physics of that leverage to do something with propulsion and rudder you otherwise couldn't)

Look at the rushing current that is pushing against his port side as he comes in...

And I think it goes with this one, of a containership coming in and going alongside the wharf as well.
