I dunno, I don't have the problem at my job, so I don't really know what's acceptable at most places of work - thought the gore might cross the line - but if most people think it should be "sfw" i can change it.

The tag is sufficiently descriptive to tell viewers that you'll see... OMFG that's disgusting!!!!!!
