I have to say, this man's story is why I really don't place a whole lot of stock in the "I had an abusive childhood" excuse for bad behaviour. Some people are just wired to be violent and anti-social. This man isn't.

I am saddened when I think what he and his family could have achieved with a decent, caring childhood, however.
