Simona De Silvestro is a Swiss racing car driver, and one of two drivers employed by F1 teams (Suzie Wolff the other). They are both likely to take part in F1 tests this year, and are obviously currently the best placed women to race in F1, but as for whether either will line up on the grid next year... only time will tell.
