RFlaggsays...So is it dehydration that causes the hangover or is it the obstructive sleep apnea that those who say the dehydration angle is just a myth? I am inclined to believe the dehydration angle more. While the symptoms of sleep apnea may be the same I would think it would be far easier to watch for that during studies... of course I would think that testing how dehydrated a subject is, or their B12 levels and all the other ideas would be easy to figure out too, so why it remains a mystery is a bit odd...
Then what about the caffeine dehydrating you more myth? I was under the impression it takes a lot of coffee/tea to reach that point and you are still better served with the fluid intake. Plus if you are susceptible to caffeine withdraw you are far better with the caffeine than skipping it.
