"The crew figured something was up when Glass Eye Pete sneezed too hard, shooting his glass eye into the ocean, causing the captain to leap overboard and dog paddle 30 yards out to retrieve it. Even Pete could barely muster a 'yarr, thank ye,' as it became pretty evident the captain wanted him to do it again."
