"This is an amazing piece of 3D art where the closest part of the picture appears to be the furthest away, an optical illusion known as 'Reverspective'. As you move around the painting, the room in the painting appears to move with you. The video doesn't do the painting or its effect justice."

I'm not sure about the video not doing the painting justice. Depth perception would probably take quite a bit away from the effect.

I've seen this piece or one very much like it at Bau-Xi Gallery in Vancouver and he's right. People do double takes as they walk past it, then start walking back and forth while looking at it with bemused expressions.

Video should start further out and only go to the side at the end.

Disneyland has used this to make statues' eyes "follow" you since the 50s.
