I've seen many a person 'fight it' and die a horrible death with complications of a new treatment such as radioactive beads inserted in their liver and all sorts of things that made their last months worse. I think that's what most people are expected to do, especially when they have a young family dependent on them. It just seems so random and inexplicable .
