On the other hand, he should definately pick a different shade of nailpolish and do a better job with the eyeliner, or just not wear it. Looks good on some people, not him. Though that's probably half the reason why "yer creepy"; it just looks off. Some people carry it off well though.

He seems more sure of himself and more energetic, though I supppose speaking to a whole nation in formal situations is no way to judge.
