They should have had the teams come out and surround the thing - might have provided adequate manpower along with the entire outside edge being lifted. There was just way too much friction under that thing for them to have a chance.
But I suppose the guys making 100s of thousands / year (or way better) couldn't be bothered to do something as lowly as help move a tarp that's protecting your own damn playing field. Hell, seeing the team help would probably win them some fans.


The league minimum is about $2 million per year. And there have been several instances in the past where the team (sometimes both teams) did help the grounds crew.

Cool. I am running 2560x1600 but I have the firefox window a great deal smaller, probably smaller than the resolution of a 24" monitor.

I figured it out! I have the page set to "loose" and I have it set rather wide (that's what she said) which stretches out the less popular choices while leaving the more popular choices intact. If I shrink the window down everything looks normal.

I noticed at work it looks fine. Must be my monitor at home:

I don't know why it's so small, but they are 0, 7, and 13, respectively.

Right now the 16 and 20 are the exact same length.
