I'm kind of in the same place as Oxdottir. VideoSift was the first "social" site I used where stuff I submitted actually got votes and landed on the front page and gave me a bit of recognition among the masses. I know it's petty and doesn't really matter, but I'm just feeling a bit discouraged now. Nevertheless, I don't want to just give up on it and I really want to see the site get back on its feet, as it was and is a great community.

That clip is a pretty good representation of the show in general (although you have to watch some earlier episodes to understand the tension between them and the Aussies). Very dry and random humor, with musical breaks!

mrk871, I think you're vastly underestimating the amount of "fence-sitters" when it comes to religion. Like Hive13 said it could be as high as 60% of people who might not believe as strongly as they let on. Dawkins may be smug and a bit snarky at times, but he's been a hugely powerful agent in getting people to discuss religion, however uncomfortable it might be for some.

I knew before I watched this that he was going to give this game a slightly unfair review, simply because he's not a skater himself. He does admit that it's a game by and for skateboarders and might not be easy to play or appeal to gamers in general.

I used to skate quite a bit so to me, these games are amazing. The controls, cameras, etc are all spot-on for those in the scene. I'll never go back to Tony Hawk.

Dude, forget the HUD on your dashboard, you could replace your entire windshield with this stuff!
