Zimmerman's Lawyer's Opening Statement Is a Knock-Knock Joke
What's up with the Zimmerman support, at Videosift of all places? I can understand chinglalera blindly defending anyone in Zimmerman's position just to maintain their rebellious online persona, but jesus christ
Quentin Tarantino: 'I'm shutting your butt down!'
Agreed, it was clear that the interviewer was steamed about violence and slavery and wanted to finally be the reporter who actually got Quentin Tarantino to say "you're right, I'm the reason black guys worked for white guys two hundred years ago and everyone shoots each other today".
Tarantino is under no obligation to answer any questions posed to him by anybody, I'm surprised by the number of people who are defending this douche of a reporter who decided it would be a good idea to throw a moral tantrum during a promotional interview.
Shelley Lubben On Abuse In The Porn Industry - (Very NSFW)
BR, you got this one thing right - your post was indeed a biased piece of shit. You are a biased piece of shit.
At any rate, Lubben comes across as one of the born-again porn stars who have done a 180 with their lives and want to push what worked for them on other people. Some of the things she advocates would be fine for a normal workplace (screening, safety measures, unions, etc) but the porn industry is unconventional at best, fucking shady most of the time, and occasionally criminal. Her goals of bringing 9-5 workplace standards to porn are unrealistic.
Dicks like BR and Sheppard who say "that's the way it is, the girls get what they ask for" are the same kind of dicks who did rape cheerleading in The Accused. Hope that works out well for you in RL, suckers.
This whole post is a biased peice of shit.
Sticker shock: Why are glasses so expensive?
Good to know, I've been wondering why out of pocket cost has been going up and up over the last few years for the same cheap frames. After insurance, I'm still paying hundreds of bucks for the sh!tty frames and crappy lens options.
F!ck this company, I'll go to the other monopoly if I have to - WalMart!
That bald guy denies everything. If you said "Anna Kournikova was pretty hot back in her day", he would reply "Iiiiii... would not say this was true." Sleazy douchestick.
Oklahoma Doctors vs. Obamacare
This has absolutely nothing to do with Obamacare, if you check out the channel of the people who created the video there is a clear agenda vs Obama (when there isn't flat out parody going on). It's cool that this hospital is doing this, and it sorely needs to be done, but let's point fingers in the right direction. The health care system has been driven by greed and money for decades, and goes back for many Democratic and Republican administrations. Government is less to blame here (and certainly no single president), but the takeover of the healthcare system by capitalism and people who are more interested in making a buck.
TSA Agent Found With ABC IPad
>> ^chilaxe:
As bad as it is, this video doesn't apply to normal passengers who keep even $500 of cash in their luggage.
"All the luggage made it past TSA safely."
It only applies to people who leave behind valuable items.
Incorrect. While this particular study was focused on whether TSA agents would be willing to steal items that were left behind, it did reveal dishonesty within TSA which applies to any situation where they are handling your property. There are documented cases of TSA agents stealing items from luggage, not just items that were left behind. Not sure what you're trying to do here - defend TSA? Say that it's ok to take an iPad now and then if someone leaves it behind?
Lady, I prefer you without your glasses!
Bitch, feed me or I will blind you!
Crazy Good Sleight of Hand
This screen grab looks pretty suspicious to me. I tried to get some good grabs of the credit card but couldn't get the specific moment when it changes from a bill to a card. Just doesn't feel right, but I want to believe!
http://i45.tinypic.com/1on2j8.jpg
Edit: Yeah, there is more ghosting when he flips another bill to change it later in the video. No ghosting when any 'static' bill is flipped, rotated or moved quickly at other points in the video. I think the credit card swap is done edge-on, that must be why it's so hard to get a screen grab of the change. That card sure looks extra bendy when you pause it after the switch though, I call fake. The guy is standing on the street for 5 minutes doing crazy magic tricks with pretty regular foot traffic in the background, and there is only one person nearby at the end who is conveniently the plant to receive the rose! Also, I think he was at the knoll when Kennedy was shot, that's how deep this goes.

So there's another Planet of the Apes movie coming soon?
UNREAL BBC Augusta Masters 2012 Crazy Golf
You have kind of a point there, albeit anal. So what do you think about the rest of the question I posed? If competing teams of golf players ran full tilt from hole to hole, tackling each other or blocking tacklers, would you open your sport defining arms to it then?
UNREAL BBC Augusta Masters 2012 Crazy Golf
>> ^jimnms:
I consider golf a game, not a sport. Every dictionary has a slightly different definition, but they all agree that a sport involves physical exertion, skill and competition against another individual or team. Strictly speaking, golf only meets one of those requirements, skill. The physical exertion is subjective, the most physical aspect of golf is walking to/from the golf cart. Golf is not always played as a competition, and can be played by one's self.
Do you consider billiards or a sport? It's hitting little balls into holes, so basically golf without the walking. Like golf, it requires skill and can be played competitive or alone. I looked up billiards in the 4 most popular online dictionaries and they all refer to it as a game, not a sport.
Just playing the devil's advocate here - basketball is just throwing bigger balls into holes. Basketball can be played alone, competition is not always part of the game of basketball. By your definition of a sport, the only standard that golf does not meet is physical exertion. If I were to play golf at a level of physical activity that met your standards for a sport (full contact golf perhaps?), would you then accept it as a sport?
I hate golf. This video gives me hope for the future of golf. Too bad it won't ever happen.
