If this is as bad as our cops got, slinging around cheesy threats in the form of groan worthy one liners, then I'd be pretty happy.

While these are all horrible things we did in the past, we are still doing pretty horrible with our mental health treatment. Our current system ends up with many people living on the streets, doomed to go into extreme amounts of debt as they inevitably get hospitalized and discharged back to the streets over and over. If that doesn't work, we let them eventually enter the prison system...
