Have these Crackers even been to Africa? - Toto
It also helps to realize that it isn't about Africa.
Documentary from inside North Korea!
Fair points to make, and I'd tend to agree.
Just once the NK regime falls and we find out the full horrors of what's happened there, remember what you said before demanding to know why nobody did anything to stop this sooner.
3D morphable model face animation
Up until the halfway point, I was thinking, "OK, so like twiddling morph dials on a Poser model, but with a much better dataset..." And then, yeah, wow.
A Man's Breakfast
Ew.
U.S.S. Make Sh*t Up: A musical video compilation Star Trek
Yeesh, people, it's not like there isn't a credit at the end of the video.
Eddie Izzard: the Deathstar Canteen
Not really one of his funnier bits.
Hovering 737 in Canada?
Sorry, Ant. The "jet black, hovering plane" explanation just has more truthiness than an optical illusion people by an airport see every day.
The Ring - Trailer Recut
Editing is a powerful tool, but so is music. I remember when they aired previews for Eyes Wide Shut. Initially, they used a eerie piano piece. Shortly after that, though, they changed the music to Chris Isaak's "Baby Did a Bad, Bad Thing". The clip was entirely unchanged, but the mood was completely different.
Anyone know the piece in this recut? I know I've heard it before in trailers.
Schadenfreude - Cannon Loading for Dummies
That had to have been a malfunction...and last time I checked, women had an aversion to being smacked in the gut with metal and flung through the air, to.
Saturday Night Live's re-cut of the "Apocalypto" trailer
Funny.
Jews and Brits are the two peoples that Mel Gibson exists to fight throughout all space and time.
Bob Dylan and Open Type Technology - Total Geekdom
Now you know what I think every time I see one of your comments, farhad.
AMAZING! Folgers Happy Mornings
This really is genius. "Tolerate Mornings" indeed.
(Though, screw Folgers, give me a nice, instant-brewed coffee from a k-cup.)
Regina Spektor - Fidelity
I get "cutie" and "swinging" (and "Canadian"'s apparently wrong), but what's in any way, shape, or form "folk" about this song?

Or has "alt.country" caught on enough that anything that sounds like traditional or "country" music - and yet appeals to hipsters/indie people - gets called that now, leaving "folk" free for anything?
(Yes, I'm an indie music fan. No, I'm definitely not "indie people".)
Naughty Little Mermaid
So wrong.
The Monkee Beatles - Paperback Believer
Eh, the Monkees were a fabricated group of talented musicians. Their biggest songs were well-written, and they did record some of their own work, which is well-regarded by some.
