I dunno, I laughed at that opening bit because it just sounded generally like something a crazy ex would do. I guess it could have been an intentional reference to that but I certainly haven't seen that video and found it amusing.

For those interested, this dance style is called Turfing, and it's awesome.

The awesome thing is, these people are completely in another world right now. The scary thing is that when they are all dancing together, they're clearly still in their own worlds. Looks great as solo, but in a group it's mostly frantic and dangerous looking.

I bet cops love that people believe they can't lie about being one. It probably leads to a lot of arrests. and in this case, I'm fine with dumb criminals getting arrested because they don't know their rights.
