The scale of the x-axis is probably misleading for the casual viewer. One side always likes to paint the picture using whole numbers and ignoring the original income value, and the other side always to paint the picture using fractions of the original income and ignoring the actual dollar value.

I really like the Pomplamoose music, but I haven't liked any of their solo stuff. Both of their styles mix together to form something win, like cats and the internet, who knew?

The combined energy to create the wave along with any inefficiencies in transmitting the energy in wave form would result in a huge net loss of energy.

I can't think of any practical applications for this technology, outside of maybe a water park or fancy fountain. Regardless, it is cool to watch so thanks for posting.>> ^raverman:

Here is what I expect. I expect to buy it. I expect the graphics and tech will be excellent. I expect the gameplay and controls to be rock solid. And I expect the story will be crap but the game will be fun anyways. In other words, I don't expect id software to have changed much.

If it costs a lot of money, then you are losing money, thus "bad idea". If it costs a negative amount, then you are making money, thus "good idea".

I realize he was talking about the cost to the consumer, and not the company, but I can't make any sense of what a negative cost to the consumer would mean. Free would be zero cost; can you have less than free? More free stuff?
