It was "bound to happen" so she "should have been more careful". If "Lara would have realized that herself" then it would not have happened.

This appears to me like the typical reaction to a rape story. They are looking for what the woman victimized has done wrong. I believe that the wrong lies solely with the rapist, in all circumstances.

You guys above do realize that putting the blame on the woman in such a situation is the oldest, most imbecilistic response to rape? "It's her fault she was attacked because she was dressed that way/she danced that way/acted that way"...

The only reason she was attacked that night is because she is a woman.

What I find the most interesting with this trailer is how such scenes are always hidden in modern cinema. Every disaster movie out there with massive casualties fails to show a single instance of a child dying. In fact, you can bet that if the camera focuses on a child or parent with children, they will somehow miraculously avoid death.

This runs counter to this well established rule, and is probably why it is so striking.

The joke is actually the reverse of what you would expect if you don't speak French. The two cardinals and the Pope are walking to mass. The Pope asks why they cannot take the Popemobile to get to Church. The cardinal explains that they needed the Popemobile to protect the choirboys on the road to the Church. He then asks the Pope whether he would reconsider the Church's position on allowing priests to wed. In short, the Pope and the cardinals did not kidnap the children, but are rather using the Popemobile to protect them from out-of-control priests.

Did anyone notice that the shirt of the interviewee also changes color? I wonder if the clip is also part of the study...
