When he says "it's gonna be hot", it looks like he's holding back laughter. I think either this is part of an inside joke they were having off the air, or this guy is stoned out of his mind. Either way, I love it!! I've watched it about 25 times now.

Not only did the media completely take his words out of context, but they failed to mention that he was quoting Ambassador Edward Peck.

Can our media get any more ridiculous?
