want to watch region blocked content but don't want to use firefox with modify headers?

get modheader, enable Experimental Extension APIs in chrome://flags and add HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR with some value that will work for the site you're browsing (maybe 12.13.14.15, or use nslookup on a state university.. or whatever).

don't know if this is old news but i've been waiting for a chrome equiv for a while and hadn't heard of one until now.
