VideoSift Presents: The Traveling Siftbot!

Well anyways, after seeing ant's most recent sift talk post, I thought, "wouldn't it be great to see Siftbot all over the world?" I think we need to send Sift bot on vacation.
We've got Sifters all over the world, so why not? Some how we need to get our little friend out and about to different sifters around the world, where his picture could be taken alongside, on top of, next to, in front of, whatever identifies where hes at. Once one sifter is done with him, they mail him off to the next sifter and so on and so on. THEN (heres the good part) we can these pictures on his profile, where they can be proudly displayed. huh? HUH?! Whaddya think?

ravengood idea, but it assumes that sifty is a physical object that can be mailed. so... uh, what do we do about this? Somebody want to get a flour sifter and weld some glasses to it?
Arsenault185Don't worry raven, I already thought about that. I'd be glad to handle that aspect of it all. If we paint some green glasses on, or solder some on is up for debate. In keeping with his picture id say painting would be fine. Plus there would be less to break during transit. Now, what kind of sifter do we want? Sifty looks to be a "shake and shift kind," whereas the logo for the Sift is a sleek, modern looking appliance. Now I say that to keep true to the original, we stick with the old kind. If one of the sites creators could give me a hand in identifying which "Japanese" company Sifty came from, it would be allot better.
If this does take off I think it would be great. If there is enough interest, we'll have to get a sign up roster made, and maybe generate a couple small rules. I.e. no Sifty p0rn.

Arsenault185THE DAG HATH SPOKEN AND SO IT SHALL BE DONE! well, I'm assuming the offer of help means your on board. Well i do appreciate that larger picture. If you happened to know what brand Siftie is, that would be great. I'd like to be as accurate as possible.
[Edit] Would it be to ostentatious to ask for a * sticky? I'd like for everyone to get a look so that all interested might participate. If it is, let me know I'll gladly retract.
choggieanother good way is to print a shit pot fulla stickers...adhesions, with the logo, the bot, the website address, and send a batch to all the sifters who want to paste em up on paper machines, fast-food queues, etc......then they take a picture of the guerilla plasters, and put em up on the site......don't stick one on any fine art or fat-ladies asses though.....I'll do that.
