I agree, election08 shouldn't be used on events that happen post-election that have nothing to do with the election itself.

Updates on the Al Franken/Norm Coleman case are probably the only new events that would qualify, unless there's some revelation or retrospective about the 2008 election.

Question is, do we need an election2010 and 2012 already?

I think there are still uses for Election08, but wouldn't mind it changing into "elections" or something similar.

Elections makes a lot of sense as it'll probably be a recurring theme. Much like the 80s, democracy just won't go away... You might even get some of our strange European election stuff surfacing in there, we've got EU parliament elections coming up which seem likely to be scandalous. (Look up a party called Libertas.)

I suppose the real question with this suggestion is whether this stuff should just go into politics.

Lemmings don't really commit suicide. We believe this because of a Disney movie that portrayed this event. Really it was the film crew provoking the "suicide". Which would make it a murder...

This has been mentioned at least twice. Before the VS crash, I had tried to turn in elections08.

THERE IS NO POINT IN *elections!!

There are liek 10 videos that were for pre- election08 stuff. Everything else neatly falls into politics.

Playlists suffice for everything voting machine related. Or even for some Canada whatever, you could make a playlist.

I mentioned to Lucky to remove the election08 from the submit new video options. It's not clear if the invocations should be disabled.
