What is the criteria for NSFW?

I would guess: "presume that everybody works in a church surrounded by moral crusaders that could eavesdrop or look over your shoulder at any given time".

I mean, is anything that could slightly offend a mere single person in the whole world necessarily NSFW? hasn´t it been used with way too much caution in mind?

I know that I can simply not use the NSFW filter, but the whole thing sounds "too moral" for me. My humble shameless-faun two cents here.
