Why 27 votes? Are you just partial to that number or is there a reason behind your madness?

I would just manually edit the number in the address bar. I know this is low tech, but it's also how I handle it on most other large sites.

Fun fact: James' trick is also a fun way to find security holes on some corporate websites which shall remain nameless (because I was sent swag to thank me for my freelance "security consulting" work).

Alternate method is to change your listing per page to a higher integer than 20 to get even smaller page links.

phelixian, in answer to your question . . . When the promotion invocation was introduced, I began at the most votes end of the spectrum to find vids to promote. Gradually I’ve been working my way lower and 27 votes is where I’m at this time. I’m concentrating on finding vids that didn’t receive the attention deserved (my opinion, of course) the first time around.

Others probably have their own method too . . . .

I'm a fan of arbitrarily jumping around myself.
