Swampgirl...That is an interested question, which I myself have wondered many a time.

I asked him about this not to long ago, when he was going on rant about how great and fabulous Karaidl was. He told me he got it from his favorite movie, you see he wanted to be "blankman" (http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/blankman/), but the name was already taken. He didn't want to be blankwoman or blankboy, because he thought those names could be interpreted the wrong way. Anyway, he figured blankfist sounded innocuous and was close enough that people who also loved the Wayans' brothers would recognize the connection. All this in the hopes that they could join forces and start a Wayans' brother collective on the sift... That is pretty much the long and short of it.

^Physicists aren't great storytellers, are they? There's no good etymology behind the name. It was a random string of words thrown together back in the 90s when I created my first chat room username. It's been with me ever since.
