Turn out this guy wrote this in anticpation for walking the Appalachian Trail. And that is a Alvarez Yairi DY-87 Double Neck. This is his first peice on said guitar.

Really beautiful. Hard to play, so there were a couple of mess-ups here and there, but still really good.
