Man, I hope this is the rare case when the couple's been dating for years before his enslistment, and they're actually retarded for each other. If they didn't skype at least an hour a day then that marriage is not going to end well.

And while they make fine spectacle, I would feel dishonest to propose in such a public way...I'd want to ask her honestly, and I'd want an honest answer in return. There's a chance you wouldn't get one in such a high pressure situation.
