Reuters a news source that is found completely open and seemingly uncensored in their coverage of wars and tragedies.

When the double deck bus incident happened in front of the parliament house in England Reuters news showed the images of the carnage as it was, while their correspondents showed the same footage with censorship.

This video is not safe for work, and has depictions of war torn areas. (My disclaimer).
