Police Murder Unarmed Shackled Black Man

Body camera video obtained by The Associated Press shows Louisiana troopers stunning, punching and dragging a Black man as he apologizes for leading them on a high-speed chase. The arrest is the subject of a federal civil rights investigation.

Police originally officially stated he had died in a wreck and hid all body cam footage.

Tazed him while he surrendered, pinned his arm underneath him with multiple officers on top, then Tazed him repeatedly for not being able to put his hand behind him. Shackled, punched, kicked, dragged on his face by the ankle, and forced to stay prone for 9 minutes by force, which is 100% against policy and training because it's deadly.

One more complying citizen murdered by blue gang.
