Here's the deal... Cats detest humans so much they refuse to adopt mannerisms and thus cannot fully disguise themselves to infiltrate our world.

This is where "monkey" come in.

The use of "monkey" will bridge this self-imposed gap, as the monkey respects the anxious, ever-ready-to-kill nature of the cat -- and will do it's bidding fervently if rewarded. The spoils will be plentiful.

As everyone knows, "mon-" is "nom" reversed, and these primates are the "key" to cats getting their "nom" on.
