Frozen Taco Bell Customers Prank

I'm guessing this has got to be a viral marketing scheme. Either way, this is the first time they've pulled off this prank in a confined space where the prankees are forced to respond (unlike Home Depot and Central Park where everyone looks on, but mostly just ignores it).
