First successful parachute jump--without a chute--from 25k

Apparently, today, a man deliberately jumped from 25,000 feet (using oxygen which he handed off for the first 10k feet) and managed to hit a target the size of a American baseball diamond---a net suspended 20 stories off the ground---landing without a parachute.

There are, of course, anecdotal stories about survivors of extremely high falls (WW II gunners and whatnot who apparently fell from burning aircraft into trees and snow and survived and so on and so forth)---

But this is first apparently deliberately-without-a-parachute launch from this sort of altitude that someone has planned and survived...No flying squirrel suit either, BTW.

Which is to say: Nope.

Anyway, 20 story high net: F=MA. Need to get his acceleration down to a survivable level---lots of distance to spread that deceleration over to keep the forces down...
