Not sure the story of why the guy was filming this, but it worked out well...

I originally saw a GIF, tracked down this story on Daily Mail: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/video/news/video-1418051/Moment-cat-skids-owner-s-tax-papers-edge-table.html and eventually found a decent YouTube copy...
