Captivating people with politics and pumpkins

The presidential election, and Halloween are only days away, by capturing these two events in his creations, one talented artist is drawing plenty of admiration from the public. Lets take a closer look

STORY:
Mention the words Pumpkins and Politics, and youre not likely to invoke enthusiastic responses from people. But one artist who is certainly captivating onlookers with these two topics, is world renowned sculptor Hugh McMahon.

Hughs presidentially inspired, vegetable sculpting talent didnt just recently emerge:

With little more than a sharp knife and some Halloween enthusiasm, Hugh is able to faithfully transform your typical plain old pumpkin, into the face of well known politicians, and past presidents.

Hugh has many presidentially inspired pumpkin heads in his portfolio, some of them have been more difficult to depict than others:

I had a lot of trouble with Bill Clinton, for some reason, something about the shape of his head was difficult for me, but it worked out.
