Bystander Effect: Bystander Apathy

College Video on the Bystander Effect.

I post this, because I was reminded me of the time when I responded to two car accidents in less than 2 weeks.

The first one happened when a vehicle tried to make a left hand turn and got struck by a car going at least 60 in a 45 zone.

I had to put my car in the road to get people to stop for the accident. I got cursed at and horned, while I was rendering First response. Only two one person helped me. He was ex military, I was trained in first response.

I despise conformity and herd mentality.

If you wish to help people, you must detach yourself from the group. Always consider yourself a separate being form the group.
