Aimo Koivunen, a Finish soldier in WW2 took his entire company’s supply of Pervitin (meth) and became an unkillable winter soldier.
His meth fueled wandering through the frozen countryside ended 2 weeks later over 250 miles away after multiple run ins with Russians, both real and hallucinated, nearly burning himself alive, fighting a wolverine off with a compass, and being blown up twice, now weighing only 95 lbs with a resting heart beat of 200bpm.
He lived to be 71.
