This is the Amiga demo AcidHouseMegaMixTripDisk released by the Non-Commercial Acid Support Group.The intros rubbish, the middle is mediocre but stick with it untill the end as the third sequence is quite good, highly repetitive flashing images to a cool thumping tune. Shame it's so short and just keeps looping. The third section is Cry Baby by Humanoid.
