In Florida a Sheriff was called in to a elementary school after a boy was kissed by a girl during Physical Education class. The School brass reported it as a possible sex crime, according to the Lee County Sheriff's Office.

The Principals assistant of Orange River Elementary School called the cops after the teacher seen the kiss Wednesday at the Fort Myers school. Margaret Ann Haring, who is 56, called welfare, who told her to contact the sheriff.

One of the girls planted the kiss as they where arguing over the boy. The sheriff's report read:"...there were no new allegations of sexual abuse as far as she knew."Deputies are not pursuing the pre-teen kiss.
