Will Arnett on "Arrested Development" Status :D

A while back, it seemed that the only thing that was holding up an "Arrested Development" movie was Michael Cera's involvement. Since then, Cera (Superbad) has confirmed that he will come onboard, but things are still not going anywhere.

MTV News caught up with Will Arnett to get an update. "There's no script as of right now, but it's something that Mitch [Hurwitz] is actively working on and getting ready for, and we're hoping to start shooting by the end of the year," he revealed. "I know that's one of the goals. There are a lot of pieces that have to come together. There are what, like, nine cast members plus various other people like Mitch and Ron Howard, and everybody kind of has to get their brain around this one delicious souffle."

Arnett also laughed at the media's obsession with the idea of a Bluth family reunion on the big screen. "God, I've never known a movie who's every step of development has been as closely followed. This movie's gonna be such a disaster."
