MXC - Top 25 Most Painful Eliminations
The overdubbing is what makes this show.
Pinky and the Brain Homage to Orson Welles - Yes, Always
Sifted here, GeertJan:
http://www.videosift.com/video/Ed-Wood-Ed-Meets-Orson-Welles
Vincent D'Onofrio starring in a film biography of Orson Welles would be stellar. He'd have plenty of time to get the voice down this time, or hell, just have LaMarche overdub the whole thing!
Battlestar Galactica: The [epic] Adama maneuver
I'm in love with Bear McCreary's drum cues on the show - listening to the soundtracks from seasons 1 & 2 again since the end of season 3.
I can't read Eddie's lips at the end there, but "thank you, Lee" was definitely overdubbed over them. Wonder what the original line was.
holy nerdular nerdance
i want to hate this video but i just can't..
i mean naruto sucks..
kingdom hearts is a bastardization of all that is awesome about the FF series..
but damn their cosplay is awesome.
and yeah the overdubbing is fairly funny, though it's probably because all the folks weren't miked..
holy nerdular nerdance
That's some quality overdubbing there.
Horse joining a Cycling Race
I can't believe they didn't overdub the Rocky theme on that. That horse is gonna get SO much tail...
Football fight from "Flash Gordon" (1980)
You too, darlin.
If it isn't obvious from the clip, the movie had Flash as the starting quarterback for the New York Jets - hence the campy fight style.
Rumor has it the guy who played Flash had anywhere from 80-100% of his line readings overdubbed due to his stale delivery.
The Beatles - Something
From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Something ...
During the 1968 recording sessions for The Beatles (also referred to as the White Album), Harrison began working on a song that eventually became "Something". Initially based on an old James Taylor song entitled "Something In The Way She Moves", the song's first lyrics ("Something in the way she moves/Attracts me like no other lover.") were used as filler while the melody was being developed. [1] Harrison later said that "I had a break while Paul was doing some overdubbing so I went into an empty studio and began to write. That's really all there is to it, except the middle took some time to sort out. It didn't go on the White Album because we'd already finished all the tracks."
The Wrong Guy Kewney for BBC News TV Interview
Scratch my earlier comment. This version of the video (with text splash-screen and music overdub) completely distorts the essence of this video. Bookmark the original on youtube for the full effect.
