'Universal Jurisdiction: Prosecuting Israeli Crimes in US Courts' is a documentary based around interviews with three United States attorneys, who explain how they and others are using American courts on behalf of Palestinian claimants to seek justice for human rights violations committed by Israeli officials in Palestine.

which allow non-US citizens to bring charges against other non-US citizens in an American court for violations of international law - in this case international human rights law.
