when nicolas cage is bad,he is awful.but when he is good..he is brilliant.

in this incredibly under-rated film about an international arms dealer played by cage.who finds himself in the custody of FBI agent played by hawke.

this is the scene where after a long rundown of cage,hawke finally feels he has the wanted arms dealer exactly where he wants him.
