i had no idea just how controversial clint eastwoods dirty harry movies were considered in the time of their making,which was the 70's.the dirty harry movies dealt with the concerns of the political aftermath of the turbulent 60's,and the confusing mix of political attitudes of the 70's.

this was a really interesting documentary on the politics of dirty harry.

there is such a thing as elementary morality,and that morality is not exclusively liberal,nor conservative.
